LIFESTYLE SHOPPING CENTRE – transformation of the mega furniture mall with its former parking lot into a new lifestyle centre with roof terraces and a landscaped public plaza. The facade was completely redesigned to be a forward looking retail complex, atriums are created to form inviting entrances allowing daylight and views out. The landscaped park forms a relationship to the building uses and the adjacent heritage park.
